Eligibility to work: Our HR staff are trained to screen candidates and ensure they are entitled to work in Canada.
Jobs Hiring Physical Ability: All the candidates are screened for physical capabilities, such as ability to lift certain weight or if they have any other condition that might impede them to complete their duties for the client.
GMP, WHMIS, Health & Safety: All the employees are provided with GMP, WHIMS, Health & Safety material and then tested to ensure proper training.
Worker Health & Safety Awareness Certificate: All employees have to get their health & safety certificate online before they can complete our registration application.
Covid-19: We Check all Workers are Fully Vaccinated.
Registration Process: We gather all necessary information from candidates that gives us insight as to their past experience and interests. We also receive consent from employees to contact references and disclose information to potential clients.
Dexterity and Aptitude test: Workers go through a dexterity and aptitude test to ensure they are physically fit and have a winning personality for clients.
